Hello Upland Chamber Members.
Happy Holiday Season to All!
|
|
I hope this email finds
everyone well. We hope you all had a happy
Thanksgiving and everyone had as much turkey as they needed!
We
are doing great at California Healthy Home. We have
landed two lucrative contracts, thanks to the Chamber! Being
involved with the Upland Chamber
pays off in the long and short run. Just shaking hands, looking
people in the eye, and speaking with integrity goes a long way.
(My Mom would be so proud.) So if anyone thinks
the Chamber's networking environment does not work, keep
trying. We are living proof that communicating at Chamber
events works.
Eric and Larry have been very busy going to
school improving our knowledge of restoration. We have been
helping clients with flood and fire damage over the years but we wanted
to take our skills to a higher level. We did this by becoming
certified with the IICRC in flood
and fire restoration, raising our standards again. California
Healthy Home is certified in carpet care, stone care, upholstery,
and now flood and fire restoration.

First Friday This Morning

What a great event this morning!
Suzan Higgins of Star
Struck Event & Party Planners was a wonderful host.
La Villa Bella is also a spectacular venue for any event. The
food was decadent also. Sharon Ellis of Pine Haven Catering &
Confections served a delicious breakfast.
Thanks for
providing a great environment to meet and start the day.

No, this has to do with
networking!
We want to take networking to a new level.
For
our clients, California Healthy Home has a program where we give 10%
back and a Starbucks card for a referral.
For our favorite
business associates, we want to give their material directly to our
clients . We now give a red folder to each client that
holds our company information, invoice, receipt, newsletters,
etc. In this folder we have an envelope that has information
about companies that we suggest our clients use. That is
priceless advertising.
On the other side, we want you to
offer our services to your clients as a gift. We want you to give
your clients a free room of carpet cleaning, 100 square
feet of tile and grout cleaning, one upholstered
chair cleaning or what ever your clients might want from
you. So you can give gifts to your clients at no cost and
make yourself look great!
Please call Larry or Eric
if joint ventures will work for your business! (800) 787 -

Sonnie

carpet. Her husband Jerry is a wonderful host
when we are invited to their home. Thanks Sonnie! Sharon
Ellis of Pine Haven Catering & Confections had us clean some carpet
for her. Forget that though, Sharon has the best food! Have
you ever tried her samples at an event or had her breakfast.
Wow! Make sure you call Pine Haven when you have your holiday
party. Sharon's number is (909) 319 - 2549.

#1 -
Have your clean carpet cleaned regularly so that it lasts much
longer. New carpet is thousands of dollars remember! #2 - "Honey take your shoes
off!" Take your shoes off in the home to lengthen the life of your
carpet. #3 -
Vacuum regularly, as always. Get the dirt, grime, sand, and
everything else that is tracked in out of your carpet! These
substances are like razors to your carpet, shortening the lifespan of
the fibers. Vacuum, vacuum, vacuum.
