I hope this email finds you well.  We are doing great here.  We just returned from our industry's trade show, Connections, in Las Vegas.  We learned all the latest greatest ways to clean carpets, tile and grout, and air ducts.  We also participated in different seminars about how to grow our business.  All the information was very helpful and we look forward to applying these practices to our business. 

I do hope your business has a special trade show that is available to you.  The benefits are spectacular.

Community Cares Cleans Camp Fire USA Carpet's Complementary! 

We went by and cleaned the carpets for Sandra Rutherford at Camp Fire USA.  They are a non-profit organization and they became involved in our Community Cares program. 

Camp Fire USA is a leader in after-school and out-of-school time programming. By design, Camp Fire USA’s programs build confidence in younger children and provide hands-on, youth-driven leadership experiences for teens and young adults.

We donate one free carpet, tile and grout, or air duct cleaning job once a month to a non-profit organization.  If your organization qualifies give us a call to set up an appointment.


What Makes Us Different From Other Cleaners.
 
What do customers want most from carpet cleaners?

      Show up on time, which we do, and
      DRY CARPETS, as DRY as possible!

We use fans during each carpet job to dry the carpet faster.  The Studebaker AirPath, OUR BIG FAN, pulls warm, dry air from above and directs it across the entire surface of the floor at once – up to 12 feet in all directions.  We also use many air movers on the floor that dry the carpet quickly. 

As we clean the carpet we follow directly with the air movers and air paths so the carpet is 50% drier by the time we leave.

The fans prevent wicking.  Wicking is when any substance, that is below the carpet or in the pad, comes up through the carpet fibers after being cleaned.  Basically stains return if not dried with many fans immediately.  This is especially important with office carpet, olefin, which wicks easily.  We leave the fans overnight at most offices.

We have been communicating with
Dennis Costantino from Century 21 Prestige Properties-Costantino Team about doing some trash outs.  Dennis sells great properties that are sometimes given to him in bad shape.  We come in and clean them up so he can sell a sparkling clean home.

The
Claremont Club
is a home away from home for Eric and Larry.  After a long day of work we are able to unwind and get a great workout.  Contact Joe Tatone for membership info.  Joe is a great guy and will be a big help in getting a feel for the club.
