If a
liquid gets on the carpet, quickly blot (do not scrub) up as much
of the stain as you can get. Use club soda or water to dilute the
area if needed. The longer the stain is on the carpet the more
permanent it is. Then give us a call to get rid of the rest.

Testimonial
"Great
service…The end result is terrific...I could not be happier with how
the carpet looks now… We
have already recommended their service to our friends! We really
live that the price quoted was
the price charged for a good job...no 'extra' charges or surprise
expenses...They moved the furniture
carefully and treated our home with respect."
Laurie Christenson Claremont,
CA May 2009
"Larry and Eric were professional and
efficient, getting the job done. The first benefit is clean
carpets without having to negotiate. The carpet dried quickly
compared to other companies."
Peggy Vickstrom Rancho
Cucamonga, CA
"Your courteous demeanor and carpet knowledge
was so refreshing and your business manner was exceptional. I have
already referred 2 neighbors to you."

Hello Fellow Chamber Members!
|
|
We hope everyone is doing well in their personal lives and
businesses. The Chamber of Commerce creates a great
opportunity to get your message out to many people and businesses
in the community. We at California Healthy Home have been
benefiting from the Chamber since we joined. We present
our services to the members as well as use many other members
services. That is the message we help
push. Use the chamber for your business needs (spend your
money with chamber members) and you will reap the rewards two
fold.
Quote of the month. Brent Bruce of Allied Home
Mortgage, "You just have to bang on that many more doors to get the
business. The opportunities are there, as before, you just have to
go get them."

We have been giving presentations each week at BCN as
quarterly sponsors. We hope we have been keeping you awake!
The feedback has been positive and we appreciate any comments
offered. Here is a short list of what we have presented, if
you missed anything. The
upholstery presentation. We brought in Eric's
favorite sofa chair, half cleaned to show before and after
cleaning. We have a spectacular upholstery wand that is top of the
line and does a great job.
The Vortex. Our carpet, tile and grout
cleaning truck is the best in the business. Ask any carpet
cleaner! We invested in the best to do the best job possible.
Carpet
Maintenance basics. We went over five things to do to
keep your carpet like new. Vacuum regularly, no shoes in the
house, slippers in the house, regular cleaning, use Teflon protection.

Restore Your Carpet, Don't
Replace It!
Carpets last much longer with proper
maintenance and care. In your office and in your home.
The dirt and oil that gets in your carpet causes the fibers to
degenerate and look awful over time.
We have brought many
carpets back to life with our cleaning procedures. Many people are
so happy they did not have to replace their carpet.
Look at our
testimonials and pictures in the side bar to see the work we have done.

Referral
Program sponsored by California Healthy Home
We have
a great referral program that many of our current clients have been
benefiting from. We are giving back to our clients and colleagues
10% of gross income referred toward our services. We will also
send you a gift card from Starbucks, Best Buy, or REI for
just letting us know about someone who could use our
services.
Brenda from Alta Loma just got a $150 credit to
get her carpet, tile and grout and couches cleaned. She was so
happy she had us clean her tile that week for half the cost.
Becky
from Upland just got a Starbucks card from us only for dropping
our name to a neighbor. When Becky received the card
she called us up and had another referral for us!
We sent
out a letter to Jason in Claremont to let him know he has a $100 credit
to his next cleaning based on his referral. Jason was so
please we booked him four months out for his next job!

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You
These are the people we
do business with in the chamber. We appreciate you being there.
Denise
Lutz of The Entrepreneur's
Source had a great referral for us. Thanks for thinking of
California Healthy Home.
Cynamon Simonson of the Daily Bulletin helps us each
month with our marketing. She has great ideas and is always there,
give her a call.
Dominic Mellilo of Novelty Printing put our
logo on some shirts for Eric. Thanks for the work
Dominic. We always seem to bump into Dominic at different events
outside of the chamber and around town. It is always good to see
you Dominic.
Dr Berg of Rancho
Regional Veterinary Hospital helped our dog Daisy when she was
under the weather. Thanks for making Daisy feel better. The
Berg's have a wonderful helpful staff. Bring your
animals over for great service.
Renee Futter of Arbonne International
met with me for coffee this week. She represents Foothill Family
Shelter, the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber, and Arbonne International.
We were getting things organised for the Shelter. Thanks for your
time Renee.
Abbey Khoury of ServePro of Upland is always
sending referrals our way. Thanks for always thinking of us
Abbey. Think of Serve Pro for any restoration needs. If you
have water damage, mold or some catastrophe call Abbey!
Shirley
Patrick of First Team
Staffing gave us a great referral last week. Who doesn't
she give a referral too! Thanks for keeping everyone in mind
throughout your day. We all could learn something from Shirley.
Thanks
for the toner Daisy IT.
Ashlee Gonzalez is always there with quality customer service to keep
you office moving like the smooth efficient machine it should be.
I
was at the Jimmy Buffet concert last week drinking a margarita out
of a Dickey's Barbecue
cup. Another guy tail gating next to us told us, "Dickey's food
rocks and so does their cup!" Go over to Dickey's Barbecue and get
some great food and a cool cup to boot.
